Delete your Rabbixt account

You can delete your Rabbixt account whenever you like. Your personal data and every way of signing in are erased; what your business recorded is kept, because it belongs to the business and the law requires keeping it.

In the app

Immediate

  1. Open the Rabbixt app and sign in with the account you want to delete.

  2. Tap your photo (top right) and open My profile.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.

  4. Enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out on every device.

If you only sign in with Google or Apple (no password), sign in again just before: deletion asks for a sign-in within the last few minutes.

By email

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, write to us from your account's email address. We check the account is yours and delete it.

What is deleted

  • Your name, your email and your profile photo.
  • Your password, two-step verification, your passkeys and Google or Apple sign-in.
  • Every open session and the notifications to your devices.
  • Your pending invitations and your access to each business.

What is kept, and for how long

The business's sales, invoices, fiscal receipts and transactions
They belong to the business and tax law requires keeping them for 10 years. They are no longer linked to you: they show as “Usuario eliminado” (deleted user).
Audit log (who did what)
Kept with the business, also as “Usuario eliminado”.
Encrypted backups
Deleted automatically after 30 days.
